Clubs
Dear Parents and Pupils,
Once again we are delighted to offer a selection of activities run voluntarily by the staff, after school. These activities will start during the week commencing 12th September, and run throughout the Autumn and Spring Terms. After the Easter break summer sports activities will replace these clubs.
All clubs will run from 3.30-4.15p.m. Please remember to pick your child up at 4.15pm prompt.
I have listed the options available and the teacher in charge of each session in the table below.
Places will be limited to 20 at each of the three clubs. We will try to make sure that every child attends the club that is their 1st choice, however where this is not possible their 2nd or 3rd preference will be taken into consideration.
If there is enough space, some children may be allocated a club on both evenings. Any child who misses out on a second club will be given priority next time. We do not have favourites and we allocate places with absolute fairness. We appreciate that some children get disappointed but we do our best.
