Open Days

September 2016 – Will Your child be 4 on the 1st September 2016?

Each year in the Autumn Term the School hosts several Open Events giving prospective parents and children the opportunity to tour our lovely school and speak with the Headteacher and/or members of the Senior Leadership Team.

These events generally take place during September/October and December the year before your child is due to start school – please watch this space and local magazines for details of events to be held.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer individual tours of the school to families, this is because such tours are disruptive to teaching and learning and unsettling for the young children who have just started “big school”.  Each year we receive more and more interest and with over 100 requests for appointments it is simply too many to accommodate during the working school day.

The open events will take place in the evening, at weekends and one during the school day to ensure as little disruption as possible is made to the children and their learning.

Breck Primary School is a Community Primary School for Primary School age children between 4 and 11 years and its admissions are controlled and administered by Lancashire County Council. All applications would have to be made via the Pupil Access Team, Area North Lancashire, PO Box 606, White Cross Education Centre, Quarry Road, Lancaster, LA1 3SQ.
